How do you audit my business without access to my profile?
We use publicly available data from Google Maps and the Google Places API. Everything we check — your description, hours, photos, reviews, categories — is visible to anyone searching for your business. No access or login needed.
Do I need to give you access to my Google Business Profile?
Not for the Free Audit or Optimization Kit — those are entirely hands-off. For Monthly Management, you'll grant us management access to your Google Business Profile so we can post and update on your behalf.
Will there be any calls or meetings?
No. Everything is delivered by email. We believe your time is better spent running your business, not sitting on calls. If you have questions, email us and we'll respond within 24 hours.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Any local business in Australia or New Zealand that serves customers in a physical area — dental practices, physiotherapy, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanics, cafes, salons, and more. If you have a Google Business Profile (or should have one), we can help.
