Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the terms under which Raise My Presence, a trading name of W2M LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”), processes refund requests for purchases made on raisemypresence.com. By making a purchase, you agree to this Return Policy. Statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law are preserved in addition to the rights described below.

1. Overview

Raise My Presence is a digital-only business. We deliver Google Business Profile optimization content, management services, and related digital deliverables. No physical goods are shipped and no physical returns are required. All references in industry-standard return policy language to “shipping,” “postmark,” or “return packages” should be read as the electronic submission of a refund request by email in accordance with this Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on qualifying purchases. Because our products are digital, we do not offer store credit or product exchanges; refunds are issued to the original payment method. Currently, Raise My Presence does not offer discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, or reduced-rate offers, so the question of whether discounted items are returnable does not arise. If we introduce any such offer in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly before the offer goes live.

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase, as shown on the Stripe receipt issued to the buyer at checkout. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for refund, except where a longer window is required by applicable consumer-protection law (see Section 9).

The following items are not eligible for refund, even if the refund request is submitted within the 14-day window:

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests require prior authorization from us. To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, within the 14-day refund window.
  2. Include your Stripe order number or transaction ID as proof of purchase.
  3. State briefly the reason for the refund request.

We will review the request against the eligibility criteria in Sections 3 and 4 and respond by email to confirm or decline.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method used at purchase (credit or debit card, or PayPal via Stripe). The time required for the refund to appear on the buyer’s statement depends on the issuing bank or payment provider. We will send the buyer a confirmation email when the refund has been processed on our side. We cover any transaction fees associated with processing the refund; no fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Management subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel a Monthly Management subscription at any time through the self-serve Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remainder of a billing period that has already been paid for. You will retain access to the service through the end of that period.

Cancellation of a subscription is not the same as a refund request. If you are requesting a refund of a subscription payment already charged, the criteria in Sections 3 and 4 apply.

8. Free Products

The free Google Business Profile audit and any free landing page delivered as part of our Layer 1 outreach program are provided at no cost and create no paid relationship. They are not subject to this Return Policy.

9. Statutory Rights — EEA and United Kingdom Consumers

Consumers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom may have additional statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

Where the consumer has expressly consented to the immediate performance of a digital service at checkout and acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins, that right of withdrawal does not apply to content that has already been delivered. In all other cases, EEA and UK consumers retain the full 14-day statutory withdrawal right in addition to the refund mechanics described in this Policy.

This Policy does not limit or exclude any rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.

10. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are for the full purchase amount.

11. No Physical Return Address

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical address to which customers are required to send returns. All refund processes are completed electronically between the buyer’s email and the Stripe account associated with the original purchase.
